Important: No Refunds Once Work Commences

All payments are non-refundable once the design or development phase has begun. Full payment via Stripe (card or ACH bank transfer) is required before work starts. Please read Section 04 in full before purchasing.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing insuranceagencywebdesign.com or engaging our web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Insurance Agency Web Design, a division of Infodots Digital, provides custom website design, development, SEO optimisation, CDN hosting, domain registration, business email setup, and related digital services to insurance agencies. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed during onboarding.

Payment Terms & Stripe ACH

All services are provided on a one-time payment of $1,999 USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment is required prior to project commencement. We accept payment via Stripe — including credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfer (US bank accounts). ACH payments are processed securely through Stripe's bank-grade infrastructure, typically clearing within 3–5 business days. Credit card payments are processed immediately. All transactions are encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers.

No-Refund Policy — Once Work Commences

Due to the bespoke and labour-intensive nature of custom website design, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the design or development phase has commenced. "Commencement" means any of the following have occurred: • Your onboarding form has been submitted and reviewed by our team. • A design brief or wireframe has been prepared. • Any design, development, or content work has begun. If you cancel before any work has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment), a full refund will be issued upon request. If you are dissatisfied at any stage prior to final delivery, we will work with you through unlimited revision rounds to resolve all concerns. Our commitment is 100% client satisfaction within the agreed scope.

Project Delivery

We aim to deliver completed websites within 10–20 business days from receipt of your completed onboarding materials (logo, content, preferences). Delays caused by client inaction, late content submission, or prolonged feedback cycles may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly and in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete onboarding information. • Respond to design feedback requests within 5 business days to avoid delays. • Ensure you hold the legal right to any materials (logos, images, text) you provide. • Not request content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you are granted full ownership of the website code, design files, and all associated assets. You may host with any provider of your choosing. We retain no residual IP claim over delivered work. We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

Hosting & Domain (Year 1 Included)

Included 1-year free hosting is provided via Vercel's global CDN infrastructure. The included domain (.COM or .NET) is registered in your name for 1 year. After year 1, you may renew hosting directly with Vercel or transfer to any provider. Domain renewal after year 1 is the client's responsibility. We have no obligation to maintain services beyond the included year without a renewal agreement.

Maintenance & Support

Included 1-year maintenance covers minor content updates, bug fixes, and hosting support. It does not include major redesigns, new pages beyond original scope, or third-party platform changes. Post-launch, 30 days of free technical support is included. After 30 days, support is available at rates communicated at that time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Agency Web Design and Infodots Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the project.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding SEO rankings, lead volume, or specific business outcomes. While we implement industry best practices, search engine ranking is influenced by external factors beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York County, NY, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
